“I wrote a review earlier today”

“During our stay on July 7, the valet situation was completely overwhelmed. When we arrived, there were approximately 10 cars ahead of us, and after waiting 20 minutes only one vehicle had moved. We were attending a concert at the new Acrisure Amphitheater and could not risk waiting an unknown amount of time just to park. We ultimately left the valet line, paid $38 to park in a lot two blocks away, and carried our luggage to the hotel. Considering we paid $366 for the room, this was an unexpected...

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. From the moment I walked into the hotel, the experience was unacceptable. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist was arguing with a customer on the phone who was trying to sort out a reservation. While I understand that difficult situations happen, it was not a welcoming first impression. After checking in, I was given a room that had clearly not been cleaned. There was food and drinks left on the table, fake hair in the bathroom trash...

“The staff was great at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself smelled damp. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable either, and the shower drained very slowly. It’s a cool property with a good location but not sure I’d stay again.”
